The functional audit conducted provided a comprehensive assessment of what had become a risk for the company and what could be significantly improved: a central business tool that did not adequately cover all operational activities, and auxiliary tools were used to compensate for functional gaps but lacked integration. There were very few bridges between the tools and a lot of double data entry, which hindered the teams from performing at their best. Additionally, duplicated information was hard to find, and paper-based processes were still prevalent.

Implementation of a Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) solution to secure the existing system and keep it operational: addressing functional/critical bugs and occasional issues. Introduction of Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) to provide technical solutions to the organization: hiring an in-house project manager, a Chief Digital Officer (CDO), and a developer to manage evolutionary, corrective, and regulatory maintenance.
